More Than Just
Syntax.
I'm Aditya Raj, a frontend developer in my final year of B.Tech in Computer Science at Bengal College of Engineering & Technology (graduating July 2026). I've spent the past year building real products — a telemedicine platform, an HR management system, a no-code website builder — while also delivering websites for 9+ real-world clients across healthcare, education, and hospitality.
My Approach
I don't just build what I'm told. I ask why first. Every component I write is weighed against what the user actually needs and what the business is trying to achieve. My work sits at the intersection of clean engineering and thoughtful design.
- User-Centric First: If it's confusing, it's a bug — not a user problem.
- Performance Matters: I target 60fps interactions and optimized load times on every project.
- Code I'm Proud Of: Clean architecture, typed with TypeScript, maintainable by anyone.
Learning Philosophy
I spend most of my time mastering fundamentals — data structures, browser rendering, design patterns — and a smaller share exploring new tools. Right now I'm deep into WebAssembly and 3D WebGL experiences. I've solved 150+ DSA problems and treat algorithmic thinking as a design skill, not just an interview requirement.
What I'm Looking For
I'm looking for a full-time role at a web development or software agency where I can contribute from day one — shipping fast, collaborating closely, and growing quickly. I'm most excited by teams that have high standards and give developers real ownership.
